Warranty Policy


“QUALITY BEFORE QUANTITY”.

2ABNORMAL's Warranty Policy will be divided into 3 types.


FOR SILVER PRODUCTS:

  • Lifetime polished, refreshed, cleaned.
  • Free ring size correction once in the first month after purchasing the product.
  • Repair damaged products (under 40%) free of charge 1 time, 6 months from the date of purchase.

FOR ALLOY PRODUCTS:

  • 1 for 1 exchange for rusted / discolored products in the first month.
  • Free repair (change lock, reattach dropped beads, ...) within 6 months from the date of purchase.

FOR HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

  • Custom according to customer's size & requirements.
  • Adjust the size.
  • Change details / re-customize the product (fee applicable).

Non-warranty conditions:

  • Past the warranty time stated on the warranty card.
  • Warranty card is torn or unidentifiable.
  • Products are deformed, severely damaged over 40% (due to external impacts).
  • Does not apply to SALE products.

♥️ Friendly notes:

- The warranty process will be from 1-2 weeks from the date of receiving the product.
- Remember to keep the warranty card carefully because we only receive it when the WARRANTY CARD is still intact.
- 2AB can only keep the product within 30 days from the date the product has been repaired/renewed and notified to the customer.
