1. What is the material of the jewelry?

- Our products are mostly high-quality alloy, 925 sterling silver, pearls and beads.

2. Is the jewelry easily tarnished?

- High-quality alloy have longer color fastness than normal alloys, depending on how you keep it.

4. Do I have warranty for the products I purchased?

5. Do I get points for each purchase?

6. How long does delivery take?

- After the order is placed,

• Available size / item will be shipped in 1 day.
• Unavailable size / item will have to wait from 3-10 days. 

- After that, the delivery time

• Within Ho Chi Minh City takes 1-3 days.
• To other places in Vietnam takes 3-5 days.
• International delivery takes 8-30 days (depending on the country).

7. Can I exchange or return the product?

- In case the product is damaged by shipping, the customer needs to take a picture of the package with the product and send it to us immediately within 1 day, we will offer the exchange / warranty for the product if possible.

8. How long will it take to order unavailable items (rings, handmade products)?

- Handmade products: 5 - 10 days

- Silver Ring: 10 - 15 days

9. What do I do after I have placed my order?

- Please wait for the product to be ready. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be shipped and we will call you again to confirm.

10. How do I know if you received my payment?

- We will send you an email right after we got your payment.
